  • Do you have a minimal length of stay?
    Yes, our midterm rental is 30 days. 


  • Are pets allowed?
    A single pet, small dog or cat ONLY 20 lbs. or less is allowed. An additional fee of $225 is required.

  • What is your check-in/checkout time?
    Check in time is 4:00 p.m. checkout is 11:00 a.m.


  • Do you have early check-in? Or late check-out?
    We may be able to accomodate your request. Please contact us directly prior to your stay.

  • What if I have to cancel? 
    If you need to cancel your stay would greatly appreciate 
    being informed in writing in advance of your stay. 
         
         Our cancellation policy:

        1.  Cancelled within 48 hours of original booking. A full
              refund will be issued.

        2.  30 + days before arrival - Refund, minus $250 admin fee.

        3.  15 - 29 days before arrival - 50% Refund.

        4.   0 - 14 days before arrival date - 25% Refund.


  • Do you require a deposit?
    In order for us to secure your unit we do require a deposit of 20% of the first 30 day stay within 48 hours of booking. 


  • Is there a damage deposit?
    Yes, we require a $1,000 damage deposit.  This is fully refundable 14 days after a checkout, subject to a satisfactory property check after your stay.
